Each year ANCOR proudly honors Direct Support Professionals who selflessly improve the quality of life for people with disabilities in communities throughout our nation. This year, the Direct Support Professional Recognition Award will be presented to one National recipient and one District of Columbia, one Canadian and 44 State recipients, who embody the ideal qualities of the DSP. The awards will be presented at ANCOR’s 2016 Annual Conference in Chicago. A Recognizing Excellence magazine, which features profiles of all of the award recipients, will be distributed at the conference to all participants.
