Meet the Aspire Recruitment Team

When IPPI became Aspire Living & Learning last September, other transformations were also taking place. One such transformation was the centralization of Aspire’s new employee recruiting function. Recruiting new Aspire employees is now done by a team of four within the People Department.  

The team is led by Kerry Antolini, Director of Talent Acquisition. Kerry is responsible for leading the team of recruiters and managing the entire process from requisition to hire. Here’s the team responsible for bringing our new teammates into the Aspire Community:

Prior to her promotion to the Director role, Kerry served as a Strategic HR Partner within the Connecticut operations. Kerry has been with Aspire for almost 8 years. Originally from Maine, she lives in Connecticut with her husband, John and two sons, Connor & Cooper. Kerry is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Connecticut and hopes to finish in April! 

Sarah Wilson, Recruiter:  swilson@allinc.org  

Sarah has also been with Aspire for almost 8 years and started as a Day Program Instructor in the New Hampshire operations. Her experience as a Direct Support Professional for Aspire helps her when recruiting DSPs. Sarah was promoted to the recruiter role after completing her degree at College for America. Sarah and her husband Sean have a 10 year old, Jameson, and a 1 ½ year old, Chance.

Jen works as a recruiter as well as a Strategic HR Partner (SHRPa) when needed. Jen has been helping to build the centralized recruiting function at Aspire since September. She started her Aspire career as a SHRPa in July 2019. Jen resides in Connecticut with her husband Andy, and 4 year old Elijah. Her 20 year old daughter Samantha lives in Florida.

Cassie is the newest member of the team and joined Aspire on February 1^st of this year! Prior to joining Aspire, Cassie worked as a recruiter at American Cruise Lines where she regularly hired 500 employees annually. She has an Allied Health Science degree from University of Connecticut. Cassie recently adopted 10 week old puppy, Koda. We are thrilled to have her join our Talent Acquisition Team.
