Dr. Sellinger was a featured keynote speaker at the 2nd Annual BAAMS (Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi) Conference held March 1 – 2 in Bay St. Louis, MS. She presented a very well received workshop on Organization Behavior Management: Using Performance Diagnostics to Improve Staff Performance at the 2 day event for students and behavior professionals. Dr. Sellinger is a licensed psychologist and doctorate level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). She is the Program Director for the IPPI Learning Academy, our special education school, serving students K-12 in Stratford, Connecticut.
