Parnell Barmer, Day Options Director, in Maryland was a guest speaker on WHGM 107.5FM Smash Hits “Mallow in the Morning” show with host Justin Mallow. In a two part interview Parnell talks about the services provided by the Day Options program “Discover Your Passion”. He also talks about the self-advocacy group he recently established “Voices of U.S.”. The group provides members with disabilities the chance to network with community members and local politicians so that their voices are heard. Keep up the great work Parnell!
