IPPI Connecticut’s Self-Advocacy Group Members Share Important Message

We’re proud to support these self-advocates in sharing this important message about who they are, in their own words. The video titled “I AM” sends a clear message that people are much more than their disabilities, they are people first. All participants in the video are members of IPPI Connecticut’s self-advocacy group, ACTION, that supports people with disabilities to have their voices heard by advocating within their own lives as well as in public policy decisions that affect them.
