Staff came together from all agency locations including; Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont to participate in The Institute’s first HR Retreat! The event was a great success and focused on relationship building, best practices, key projects and team building. The retreat was coordinated by Steve Schultz our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Steve recently joined The Institute and brings a wealth of professional HR experience. He is based at our central office in Vermont and will travel extensively to the various state operations.
