New Hampshire State Director, Le’Ann Milinder (pictured below 3rd from left), and Clinical Director, Peg Chaffee (pictured below 2nd from left), with fellow panelists Matt Cicoria and Gayle Perreault at the New Hampshire ABA Conference held October 1st. The discussion titled “Self-Care for the Behavior Analyst: Evidence-Based Practices” explored the demands of the profession and presented examples of evidence-based techniques to keep behavior professionals on top of their game. Some great information on ACT therapy, useful in managing stress in an increasingly demanding profession, proved very helpful as well. This popular discussion received great feedback from the participants!
